Our puppies are born in our home and raised underfoot. In such they truly receive individual love and attention daily.

They are not born and raised in outdoor kennels, which helps assure your puppy is actually coming from a loving home and is family raised. 

All puppies come with AKC registered, current vaccinations, deworming, dew claws removed, vet health examination/certificate and TONS OF LOVE. Puppies are sold with limited registration as family companions, therapy, hunting or service dogs. Limited registration means the puppy will be sold only as a pet, not for breeding, and will be altered at the appropriate age.

Purchasing a Puppy

• All Puppies come with limited AKC registration.  

• If wishing to purchase a puppy please contact me via email or phone for approval. A $400 deposit is required to hold your puppy. Deposits are non-refundable if you change your mind. The deposit is applied to the purchase price of the puppy.

• We do understand that life happens and in the event that the timing does not work out due to circumstances we are more than happy to work with you and move your deposit to the next litter. In such case purchase price is guaranteed for up to one year.

• Puppies will be selected in the order of receipt of deposit. 

• Puppies can go to their forever homes at 8 weeks of age.

I reserve the right at any time to keep first pick male and/or female puppy to add to our breeding program. In such event prices will be adjusted accordingly.

Picking order goes in order of deposits received. We reserve the right to first pick at any time.
